“9 Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. 10 If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Times are very hard right now for many people. You may be personally facing difficult challenges or know others whose life has turned inside out. While we willingly help those we know personally, there are many that the COVID Social Distancing has pushed even further away…the unfortunate…the Homeless. I want to pass on a huge MAHALO for your tithes and offerings. Through your giving, CCWO continues to partner with the Honolulu River of Life Mission to help these people know God loves them dearly. Although currently COVID limits to meals only, for over 25 years, mostly led by our late brother Duke Kauka, our Fellowship has monthly shared a time of worship, God’s Word of hope, and a dinner meal. This past Thursday we served 220 meals and over 25 years we have supported over 75,000 meals… again MAHALO for enabling us to reach out and share the light of Jesus in some of the darkest corners of our community.
