MAHALO:  A BIG THANK YOU to those who participated, volunteered, and donated to make Thursday night’s Harvest Fest possible.  We could not have done it without you and we just want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

THANKSGIVING OUTREACH:  Each year we have been able to be a blessing to our elderly, less fortunate, single parent families, and to our Military.  Ko’Olina Resort provides the complimentary Thanksgiving Meal and we get to serve it to our  community  on  Saturday, November 23rd from 11 AM – 1 PM.  If you are interested in donating paper goods (Styrofoam takeout plates, utensils, napkins) and large boxes, would like to help prepare the plates, or even deliver the meals, the sign–up sheets are posted in the foyer.  Please drop off paper goods and large box donations to the church by Wednesday, November 13th.  For more info, see Irene Couch.

FOOD & FELLOWSHIP:  Everyone is invited to join us for “Food and Fellowship” today after the 2nd service on the lanai.  We will have hot dogs or hamburgers with chips and a drink available for a suggested donation of $1.50.  This ministry is an extension of the Youth Ministry so for all the Youth in the Fellowship, please consider signing up to help in this event.  See Hendrik Feliciano or Felix Tan for more information.

FAMILY PRAYER NIGHT:  We invite everyone to please join us this evening, for Family Prayer Night, and the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. This is our time to come together as a church family and intercede for one another in the body of Christ, as well as those who are suffering for their faith. It’ll be right here, in the sanctuary, at 6 PM.

GUEST SPEAKER:  Next Wednesday, November 13th, we will have Guest Speaker Jonathan Mestas from National School Project for our Midweek Service. As a former Buddhist that became a Christian shortly after high school, he is passionate about reaching young people and engaging with them in their sincere questions of faith. Jonathan and his wife attend Calvary Chapel Downey with Pastor Jeff Johnson.  He will also be speaking at this year’s Fall Youth Camp on November 15th.  Please join us in welcoming Jonathan next week!

CHURCH CLOSURE:  The church office will be CLOSED next Monday, November 11, 2019  in observance of Veteran’s Day!

STREET SIGN MINISTRY:  Help is needed in placing Calvary Chapel Service street signs in the Ewa Beach area.  If you are interested please sign up on the bulletin board or  contact Russel Henna at (808) 386-3484 for more information.

WORSHIP MINISTRY:  We are still seeking SKILLED musicians and faithful servants to serve in our worship ministry.  If you faithfully attended our fellowship for 6 months or more and can play Drums, Piano, Bass, Guitar, or have  vocal experience and would like to audition for this ministry—please see Pastor Dean.
